Western Propeller Company Ltd. was founded in 1947; while Western Propeller (Pacific) Ltd. commenced operations in 1978. With nearly sixty years of experience within the aviation industry, these privately owned and operated Canadian organizations have grown into a dynamic operation specializing in aircraft propeller and governor service, overhaul and sales.

The Western Propeller first-rate facilities located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Edmonton, Alberta and Calgary, Alberta are well poised with excellent transportation routes to provide uncompromising service with dedication towards safety, quality and value to both domestic and international markets, while dealing with all types of propeller needs. Assisting with marketing duties and coverage is a well established international network of Sales Agents with locations throughout the world including Chile, Colombia, India, Laos, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Peru, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, The Netherlands, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. This sales and service capability extends to include, but is not limited to all models of McCauley propellers and governors, all models of McCauley propellers and governors, all models of Hartzell propellers, turbine propellers and governors, Dowty Aerospace propellers, Hamilton Standard governors, counter-weight and hydro-matic propellers, Hamilton Sundstrand commuter propellers (including 14SF, 14RF and 24PF models) and all models of Woodward governors and overspeed units.
